Apple blossom, citrus and brioche. The palate is effervescent, vibrant and complex. Harvested in the cool of night, these blocks are the first to come off the vines each year. This fresh, zippy wine then gets blended with a portion of a solera reserve that we keep adding to each year and now represents 10 vintages of the reserve. The resulting cuvée is balanced and complex.
