Orange blossom, apple and nashi pear. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. We carefully select parcels of pinot gris grapes from across the estate to create this fresh and savoury pinot gris. We harvest early to capture bright acidity, and use skin contact, wild-yeast fermentation in seasoned oak puncheons, and regular lees stirring to add complexity and build texture in the palate.
