Blackcurrant, cocoa and vanilla. The palate shows notes of cedar-wood, herbs and peppery spice. A juicy, balanced and very drinkable Cabernet - full bodied with well integrated tannins. Produced using fruit from our estate grown vines. Grapes were de-stemmed and crushed separately into static fermenters. After approximately 10 days on skins, the wines were pressed and racked to barrel.
