Aromatic grapefruit, guava and lime. Vibrant, fresh and complex in the mouth. From a single block of sauvignon blanc on our estate vineyard, the fruit was picked early to retain natural acidity and capture the vibrant fruit profile that is characteristic of the best cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc. Texture and complexity has been built in by barrel fermentation and lees stirring.
