Berries, cherries and spice. Elegance, perfume and structure. This wine reflects the meticulous attention to detail paid by our viticulturist and winemaker to coaxing the wine from berry to bottle. The grapes were split into two ferments, each contributing unique qualities. One with whole bunches for complexity, the other with whole berries for perfume. Diligent monitoring and gentle pumping allowed for subtle tannin extraction. Aged in oak for 12 months, the resulting wine is a testament to the power and beauty of Pinot Noir from our estate.
