Fresh plum, blackberry, violets and spice. Perfumed, complex and powerful. This Shiraz comes from a low-yielding, single block from the Napoleone vineyard in Coldstream, planted in 1991. The fruit was de-stemmed and underwent whole berry natural fermentation. The fruit is pressed after 21 days on skins to seasoned French oak barrels, where the wine undergoes its malolactic conversion and then ages for 15 months.
