Nashi pear, red apple and citrus. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. We carefully select parcels of pinot gris grapes from across the estate to create this fresh and savoury pinot gris. We harvested earlier than usual to capture the bright acidity we love, and we used skin contact and wild-yeast fermentation in seasoned oak puncheons with regular lees stirring to add to the texture of the complex layered palate.
