Berry fruits, thyme, and liquorice. Balance, structure and length. Crafted from fruit harvested from Blocks 3 & 11 of the Napoleone Vineyard. Block 11's fruit is light, aromatic, and red-fruited, while Block 3 tends to be sturdier, with black olive and blackcurrant flavours. To complete the blend, a touch of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec were added. After fermentation, the wine was aged in a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels.
