Sourced from our Napoleone Vineyard's original 35-year-old vines, this wine strikes a beautiful balance of complexity and elegance. The cooler growing season and a mild summer allowed for gradual fruit maturation, resulting in vibrant acidity and fine tannins. With aromatic lift from whole bunch fermentation and juicy fruit from whole berry fermentation, this wine is aged 12 months in French oak, developing depth and structure. A true expression of the Yarra Valley, it’s a wine that celebrates both tradition and finesse.
